Agency is an area type of commercial law where the dealings create with the two types of relationship that is quasi contractual and contractual tripartite especially, when the agent is authorized to an act on the behalf of another and it basically create the legal type of relationship, with the third party where as the agent is that kind of person who act and authorized on the behalf of another and they also create the legal type of relationship between the third party.
